ibet now accepts calls from taxpayers via all types of relay services whether they are from federal, state and/or private relay providers.
Not just the Federal Relay Service anymore.

You can use your preferred relay service and method to call the ibet for assistance. The ibet welcomes calls via your choice of relay 每 whether you use relay through Videophone, AIM, Computer, Captioned Telephone (Captel), or TTY.
